Welcome to Puff DXB. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Puff DXB website and all services offered through our platform. By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services immediately.

1. Age Restriction & Verification (Strict 21+ UAE Compliance)

  • In strict adherence to United Arab Emirates federal regulations governing tobacco, e-cigarettes, and nicotine-containing products, you must be at least 21 years of age to purchase from Puff DXB.
  • All deliveries require mandatory physical proof of age. Couriers are legally obligated to verify a valid UAE Emirates ID or Passport upon handover.
  • Orders will be canceled without delivery if the recipient fails to produce valid government-issued photo identification proving they meet the legal age. Puff DXB does not sell, ship, or deliver nicotine products to minors under any circumstances.

2. Health Disclaimer & Nicotine Warning

  • Puff DXB does not provide medical advice. All product details, specifications, and educational materials are provided for general informational purposes only.
  • Nicotine is an addictive substance and may pose health risks. Usage of all items purchased through this platform is strictly at your own risk.
  • Consult a licensed physician prior to using vape, cigar, or nicotine products, particularly if you have underlying cardiovascular, circulatory, or respiratory medical conditions.
  • Puff DXB assumes no liability for adverse health outcomes, physiological reactions, or personal injury resulting from products purchased on the marketplace.

3. Marketplace Role & Product Listings

  • Puff DXB operates as an online marketplace platform connecting adult consumers with verified, licensed UAE distributors and independent vendors. Puff DXB does not manufacture, directly formulate, or own the physical stock listed by independent vendors.
  • All merchandise is listed and fulfilled by licensed UAE vendors adhering to relevant national standards.
  • We make no guarantees regarding the absolute accuracy of vendor product descriptions, marketing assertions, or manufacturer warranties.
  • Puff DXB shall not be held liable for product defects, transport damages, delivery delays, mislabeling, or vendor service failures. All legal claims, direct inquiries, or warranty rights must be addressed with the respective vendor.
  • All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) where charged by registered suppliers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery coverage is strictly restricted to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Cross-border or international shipping is not available.
  • Standard UAE Delivery: AED 25–40 (delivered within 1 to 2 business days across all Emirates).
  • Same-Day Delivery: AED 25–30 (available in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman for qualifying orders placed prior to the daily cutoff time).
  • Orders are fulfilled either via licensed UAE logistics providers engaged by Puff DXB or dispatched directly by independent merchant partners.
  • If a vendor coordinates delivery directly, Puff DXB assumes no responsibility for logistical delays, package transit damage, or losses. Any disputes must be resolved directly with that vendor.
  • Puff DXB cannot be held liable for delays or logistical bottlenecks caused by third-party delivery services or force majeure events.

5. Return and Refund Policy Overview

  • Consumables: For hygiene and health safety, consumable products—including disposable vapes, e-liquids, freebase salts, shisha molasses, tobacco products, and opened pods—are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Non-Consumable Hardware: Rechargeable vape mods and hardware accessories may only be returned if confirmed defective or dead on arrival (DOA) within 3 days of delivery.
  • Approved hardware returns incur a standard AED 20 return pickup logistics fee deducted from the final credit.
  • Verified refunds are processed within 7 to 12 business days back to the original payment channel or to a customer-provided UAE bank account. Original delivery fees are strictly non-refundable.

6. No Warranty or Guarantee

Puff DXB provides this marketplace and all products on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations, warranties, or endorsements of any kind, whether express or implied. Any product warranties remain exclusively with the original manufacturer or the licensed UAE fulfillment vendor.

7. User Conduct & Account Termination

  • Puff DXB reserves the absolute right to restrict, suspend, or terminate user access or cancel pending orders without prior notice if you breach these Terms, commit fraud, attempt resale to minors, or violate UAE commercial laws.
  • You remain solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and all activities conducted through your registered profile.

8. Vendor Responsibilities

Every independent vendor listing goods on Puff DXB must:

  • Hold and maintain an active, fully valid UAE commercial trade license permitting the lawful sale of vape and tobacco merchandise.
  • Guarantee all listed items, nicotine levels, and product descriptions comply with UAE standardization authorities.
  • Promptly handle and fulfill customer orders and direct dispatches.
  • Provide compliant after-sales support, warranty handling, and customer resolutions where required.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Puff DXB, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Product defects, performance failures, or health risks related to vendor merchandise.
  • Courier dispatch delays, package losses, or transit damages (including vendor-managed dispatches).
  • Commercial disputes, refund disagreements, or communication breakdowns between buyers and vendors.
  • System outages, technical interruptions, network failures, or unauthorized database access outside our immediate control.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Puff DXB, its parent entities, affiliates, officers, directors, contractors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or disputes with independent platform vendors or third parties.

11. Modifications to Terms

Puff DXB reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without individual prior notice. Revised terms take effect immediately upon being posted on this URL. Your continued use of the platform after updates are published confirms full acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions, along with all associated platform transactions, shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising under or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
