Welcome to PuffDXB. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website https://puffdxb.com and all services offered through our platform. By accessing or using the PuffDXB website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. AGE RESTRICTION
You must be 18 years or older to purchase vape-related products.
Orders will be canceled if the recipient fails to provide valid age verification at the time of delivery.
PuffDXB does not sell or deliver vape products to minors under any circumstances.
2. HEALTH DISCLAIMER
PuffDXB does not provide medical advice. Product information is for general informational purposes only.
Nicotine products are addictive and may pose health risks. Usage is strictly at your own risk.
Consult a licensed healthcare professional before using vape, tobacco, or nicotine products, especially if you have existing health conditions.
PuffDXB is not responsible for any adverse health effects, reactions, or issues arising from the use of products listed by vendors.
3. MARKETPLACE ROLE AND PRODUCT LISTINGS
PuffDXB is an online marketplace platform and does not manufacture, sell, or own any products listed on the site.
All products are listed and fulfilled by independent, licensed UAE vendors.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of product descriptions, claims, or warranties provided by vendors.
PuffDXB shall not be liable for product defects, damages, delays, mislabeling, or adverse effects related to vendor-supplied goods.
Any warranty, legal claim, or dispute must be directed to the respective vendor.
All prices are displayed in AED and may include applicable UAE taxes charged by vendors if registered.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery is available within the UAE only. International shipping is not offered.
Standard delivery fee: AED 20 (1–2 business days).
Same-day delivery: AED 30 (available in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman).
Deliveries are fulfilled via licensed UAE-based logistics partners engaged by PuffDXB.
If a vendor arranges delivery independently, PuffDXB assumes no responsibility for delivery delays, damages, or losses. Any disputes in such cases must be resolved directly with the vendor.
PuffDXB is not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers.
5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Consumable products (e.g., disposable vapes, e-liquids, molasses) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Non-consumable items (e.g., devices, accessories) may be returned only if proven faulty within 3 days of delivery.
Approved returns incur a return shipping fee of AED 20.
Refunds are processed within 12 business days to the original payment method or a customer-provided bank account.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
6. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE
PuffDXB does not provide warranties of any kind, express or implied, on products listed or sold through the platform. All applicable warranties remain the sole responsibility of the vendor or manufacturer.
7. USER CONDUCT & ACCOUNT TERMINATION
PuffDXB reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with UAE laws.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and activities carried out under your account.
8. VENDOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendors on PuffDXB must:
Hold and maintain a valid UAE trade license to legally sell vape-related products.
Ensure accurate and lawful product listings.
Fulfill orders and manage deliveries promptly (if handled independently).
Provide warranty support, returns, and customer service as required.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PuffDXB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Product defects, health risks, or vendor service failures.
Shipping delays, damages, or losses (including deliveries managed independently by vendors).
Disputes between vendors and customers.
External technical failures, third-party service issues, or system interruptions.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PuffDXB, its affiliates, partners, and staff from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, breach of these Terms, or disputes with vendors or third parties.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
PuffDXB reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
