At PuffDXB, we aim to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery across the UAE. This Shipping Policy explains our delivery coverage, timelines, and terms to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. DELIVERY COVERAGE
We currently deliver only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
International orders and shipping are not available at this time.
2. DELIVERY OPTIONS & CHARGES
We offer the following delivery methods:
Standard Delivery – AED 40| Delivered within 1 to 2 business days across all Emirates except Dubai.
Same-Day Delivery – AED 25 | Available in Dubai for orders placed before 4:00 PM.
Free Delivery – Orders worth AED 399 or more qualify for free standard delivery anywhere in the UAE.
3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Orders placed before 4:00 PM are processed the same day (subject to product availability).
Orders placed after 4:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times may vary during public holidays, weekends, or peak promotional campaigns.
4. VENDOR-MANAGED DELIVERIES
In some cases, delivery may be fulfilled directly by our vendors instead of our courier partners.
PuffDXB is not responsible for delays, product condition, or damages that occur in vendor-managed deliveries.
For such orders, customers may need to contact the vendor directly for delivery-related concerns.
5. MISSED OR FAILED DELIVERIES
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
For repeated failed attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Tracking details may be provided by our courier or vendor once your order is dispatched.
