4. VENDOR-MANAGED DELIVERIES

In some cases, delivery may be fulfilled directly by our vendors instead of our courier partners.

Puff DXB is not responsible for delays, product condition, or damages that occur in vendor-managed deliveries.
For such orders, customers may need to contact the vendor directly for delivery-related concerns.

5. MISSED OR FAILED DELIVERIES

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery or contact you to reschedule.
For repeated failed attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Tracking details may be provided by our courier or vendor once your order is dispatched.
Updates will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
For assistance, you may contact us at [Your Support Email].

7. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Traffic or weather conditions
Courier or logistics issues
High order volumes during sales or promotions

Puff DXB is not liable for delays beyond our control.
